Meet James Webb

James Webb is the Founder and CEO of KOOLAU MANAGEMENT GROUP, a Hawaiʻi-born music company built around artist development, professional relationships, opportunity creation, and long-term career strategy.

Before founding KOOLAU MANAGEMENT GROUP, James developed hands-on experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, relationship management, sponsorship development, event coordination, and community engagement. Those experiences helped shape his belief that creative careers need both vision and disciplined business development.

KOOLAU MANAGEMENT GROUP grew from a personal conviction that passion should be connected to purpose—and that artists deserve business relationships built around transparency, development, creative respect, and sustainable opportunity.
