Artist Submission Terms

These terms apply when you submit an artist introduction, music link, social link, biography, career information, or other materials to KOOLAU MANAGEMENT GROUP through the website.
No Representation or Agreement
A submission does not create a management, label, booking, agency, fiduciary, partnership, employment, joint-venture, confidential, or other business relationship. No relationship exists unless the appropriate parties enter into a separate written agreement.
Links Preferred
Please submit publicly accessible or authorized links rather than unreleased audio, video, or other files unless KOOLAU MANAGEMENT GROUP specifically requests those materials.
Authority to Submit
By submitting information, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and that doing so does not violate another person's rights, agreement, confidentiality obligation, or applicable law.
No Confidential Submission
Do not submit trade secrets, passwords, financial-account information, highly sensitive personal information, or other material you expect KOOLAU MANAGEMENT GROUP to treat as confidential unless a separate written confidentiality arrangement has been established.
Review and Response
KOOLAU MANAGEMENT GROUP may review, decline, retain for business records, or delete submissions as appropriate. Submission does not guarantee review, response, representation, a meeting, a release, a booking, or any other opportunity.
Similar Material
KOOLAU MANAGEMENT GROUP may already be aware of, developing, reviewing, or later encounter artists, music, ideas, names, concepts, or materials that are similar to something contained in a submission. A submission does not create exclusivity or ownership rights in general ideas, styles, genres, themes, or concepts beyond rights that otherwise exist under applicable law.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
